I have had three pairs of z-buds, all on warranty. The last pair was the new design so I thought my problems were addressed. Now a different problem. The previous two pairs had an issue with the connection to the plug. The last pair now has an issue with the mike/button. I have given up on these headphones. I have paid more in shipping them back to Zagg than I originally paid for the headphones (on a special).
Zagg has been good about replacing them but I have given up sending them back again, One other note, they charge you a fee when sending the headphones back from Canada on warranty. I was able to argue against this since it was a warranty replacement and why should I pay for that.
