iPhone SDK is Coming March 6th … ?
For all those Apple iPhone news addicts out there, you probably already know what I’m going to tell you. For the rest of us, I have some updated news about the iPhone’s SDK. It’s reported that the iPhone iPhone Software Developement Kit (SDK) is coming March 6th.
Just what does this mean exactly? Well, it’s going to result in a plethora of iPhone/iPod Touch applications written by thousands of programmers out there, which will mean lots of cool applications for us iPhone users!
Whoa, hold on there folks, there’s more. According to MacRumors, they have sources that predict the upcoming SDK will onlly be a “beta” version, and that the final version will come from Apple’s Worldwide Developer’s Conference (WWDC). Either way, it will be exciting once the SDK arrives, as you can be sure to expect some really cool apps coming our way!
What kind of application would you like to see created for the iPhone?
Thanks: MacRumors
PS – Keep those homescreen screenshots coming! I just got some more in my email inbox, so expect another post in the future. Thanks everybody!

I would like to see an application that adds support for LEAP encryption.. so that I can finally use my iPhone at work!
I wouldn’t mind a VOIP program, or something that allows the Bluetooth on the phone to be unlocked and used to its full potential!
Whats news…. Apple is always delaying something LOL I wanted it now but I guess waiting another week shouldn’t hurt 😛 (It better include some bluetooth application to allow AD2P support!!!) Well there is also talk that its just a BETA release or something along those lines… Here’s a few links about the SDK

Thanks for the links, Dusty!
Your welcome! 🙂
I am dying for an app to hold my passwords!!! I don’t trust the online services, as reputable as they claim to be. There is Lockbox for the iPhone available through the installer, but it has no sync possibility with a PC. That is the key feature for me. What is the point of an app holding your passwords if you can’t back it up!
Also, I would really like the ability to sync my calendar over wireless to my Google calendar. Then I can stop syncing my phone with my work laptop and I can start syncing it at home where I have my music and movie library. That is a real pain too.
How long after the SDK is released should we expect to see some apps?
Hard to say, as I’m sure there will be some sort of process. Maybe a month or two I’m guessing??
Cool, I already knew about this though, because I am obsessed with iPhone news for some strange reason. 😛
And cool! I’m the second highest top commenter!
Our rivalry continues Dusty….
Hahaha, if only, your more than 2x ahead of everybody else!
LOL I didn’t even know anything about the top commenter…. cool. Now to go spam the topics (evil) haha jks 😛
Cheers Matt

Amazing, I would like to see someone would develop something like KORG iELECTRIBE. A guitar effects gadget app but you can get to choose what kind of effects you are going to use… I would love spend for that… I can’t wait.
we started our blog before we went on our one year trip around the world as a family. It was at beginning aimed for our friends and family all over the place to keep them informed about our adventures. Now the goal is to earn a bit of money with it. As you also you also mention in your blogs it´s a lot of work, time consuming, you have to learn a lot….but it is so much fun! My husband and I divide the work a bit, the writing and marketing. That helps a lot! While traveling there is not so much time for marketing and engaging with other people through social media. Soon our travel will come to an end and we can concentrate a bit more on our website. Thanks for sharing
