Apple’s 2019 Extended Holiday Return Policy is Live in Canada

Apple Canada has launched its extended holiday return policy, which allows customers to return or exchange products purchased from Apple.ca or Apple Stores beyond the traditional two-week limit.
While Apple.ca does not list any details about the company’s extended holiday return policy yet, an Apple Store employee we spoke with confirmed the policy went into effect last week.
For purchases made from Friday, November 15, 2019, you have until Wednesday, January 8, 2020, to return or exchange your items, which is just over six weeks. This end date to initiate a return is the same as last year.
Back in 2018, Apple also debuted gift guides at the same time they launched their extended holiday return policy, but for 2019, they have not been published yet. We expect them to debut before the end of the month. Time to go test out that 16-inch MacBook Pro you’ve been looking at for six weeks, right?!
Thanks Troy
