SellCell has just published their 2021 Cell Phone Brand Loyalty Report surveying over 5,000 US smartphone users to find out that Apple’s brand loyalty is now at an all-time high of 92%, whereas Android brands, including Samsung, are seeing a decline.

The report notes that the smartphone shipments saw a positive rebound in Q4 thanks to heavy demand for iPhone 12 units, which also helped Apple beat its rival Samsung in sales for the first time in four years.
The survey also found that Samsung’s brand loyalty has dropped 11.7% from 85.7% in 2019 to 74% in 2021, with Apple users growing nearly 18% more loyal to their brand than Samsung. Moreover, 26% of Samsung users said they will jump ship to another brand next time they upgrade.

You can check out the findings of the survey in full at the source page.
