
BMW production chief Oliver Zipse says that he could imagine building a car for Apple. In response to a question about whether BMW could imagine building a car for a software company, he said:
“We live in a world of partnerships“
The car manufacturer says that building a car for any tech company, like Apple or Google, wouldn’t be out of the question. While rumours about an Apple Car have been circulating for a long time, they picked up momentum when Tim Cook asked Apple VP Steve Zadesky to lead a mystery car project called “Titan.”
