Google Street View disappeared from iOS 6 as it was replaced by Apple Maps, however recently Google added the feature to its Google Maps web app, which is accessible from your iPhone or iPad. Below is an example of one of the new Street View areas I was able to access via the web app on my iPhone 5 (Victoria Golf Club):
