iOS 9.1 Beta 4 Download, tvOS Beta 3 Released to Developers [u]

Apple has just pushed out iOS 9.1 beta 4 for developers to download, build 13B136, along with tvOS beta 3, version 13T5379f. Also new is Xcode 7.1 beta 3 as well.

9.1 Beta 4 is excellent. It is a lot smoother than 9.0.2.

The latest update gives me this constant spinning wheel next to the wifi signal. I’ve reset my network and it stopped for a little while and not the spinning wheel is back again non-stop. Hope this upcoming version fixes it.

Anyone experience this and have a solution?
