The Apple Store went back online just after midnight PDT/3am EDT to kick off preorders for the iPhone SE and 9.7-inch iPad Pro, with shipping dates noting sometime between March 31-April 4 for both devices, even for orders made about 30 minutes after.
The 16GB iPhone SE starts at $579 CAD unlocked with the 64GB option at $709 CAD. For those looking for two-year contract pricing, it will start at $99.99 for the 16GB and $229.99 for the 64GB, from Rogers/Fido (and most likely the same from TELUS, Koodo, Bell, Virgin Mobile), on a minimum $80/month plan.
The iPad Pro starts at $799 CAD for the 32GB Wi-Fi model, with Rose Gold now available as a colour option:
The only thing not shipping by March 31 is the new 9.7-inch Smart Keyboard for iPad Pro, set to deliver by April 1-5.

I want to upgrade my 4 year old iPad….. It’s time! Was hoping for in-store pick up so I can use some mall gift cards but it doesn’t appear available now. Did I wake up too late?
I don’t think you will have a problem picking one up in store. You may want to buy a pencil first though.

Same here. Looking to replace my old iPad 3. I’ll probably wait until next week so I can pick it up directly in store. Less trouble than getting it delivered, and I don’t absolutely need it on launch day anyway. I don’t mind waiting a bit.
I wouldn’t worry. There will be more than enough stock in store on the 31st i.e. launch day.
So i’ve specced out a new iPad Pro 9.7 + cellular. Thus far only Rogers is supporting it as its LTE sim card is the only one available. Unless am missing something,I’d have preferred Bell.
I think I’m going to buy a 12″. I went to the Apple store to check them out and yes it’s big but for what I want to use it for it seems perfect. I’m mostly going to be sketching with it and reading comics. 9.7 inch is just a little too small. I like having more screen size and man, reading comics on it is awesome. Presentation is everything to me. You can fit a full size comic in the screen of a 12″ Pro. No pinching and zooming required. This is also going to be the first iPad, or tablet in general, that I’ve ever owned.
