We’ve asked both carriers about pricing, but no details were provided. Both carriers have matched the dates announced by Apple. It appears the iPhone 5s will not be available for pre-order, unless new information arises. We are still waiting to hear from Rogers, but we bet they’ll have the same dates.
Update: Rogers (and Fido) just chimed in, they are also carrying both iPhone models, with the same dates as above.
Update 2: Bell has confirmed these dates for Virgin Mobile too.
