What’s New in iOS 10.3 Beta 3 [VIDEO]

Apple released iOS 10.3 beta 3 yesterday, along with similar betas for watchOS 3.2, tvOS 10.2 and Xcode 8.3.

YouTube channel EverythingApplePro has again detailed the changes in iOS 10.3 beta 3. He notes again, the Apple File System that comes with iOS 10.3 beta will help reclaim space on your device—In this case, 5GB was recovered.

Another change is for unsupported apps, the pop-up which explains older 32-bit apps may no longer be supported in future versions of iOS, are now listed when users click ‘Learn More’.

When entering your passcode in the Touch ID menu in settings, the display has been tweaked to now show circles instead of dashes (similar to entering your passcode from the lockscreen).

For CarPlay users, you can now see in settings the hardware/software from your automobile’s in-dash unit.

EverythingApplePro notes Apple has been watching his videos, as numerous bug fixes he has emphasized in the past have been patched, specifically text messaging bugs related to devices freezing or experiencing delays.

For iPhone 5/5s users, he noted speed improvements in iOS 10.3 beta 3, saying the 5s feels “amazingly fast.”

For those willing to share their iCloud analytics with Apple, in order to get the prompt to share, users need to sign into their account.
