What’s New in iOS 12.2 Beta 3 [VIDEO]

Apple released iOS 12.2 beta 3 yesterday and with it came some minor changes. For a visual look at some of the changes, they have been detailed by YouTuber Brandon Butch.

One change that has occurred in Settings, is a revamp of the About section, one of the biggest changes since the original 2007 iPhone. There is now a section that shows your device’s model name. If you tap Software Version, you get the build number of your iOS version.

Also new is a revamped interface (again) of the Apple TV remote, showing off a dark user interface, while buttons along the bottom have also been rearranged.

iOS 12.2 beta 3 also comes with a new modem firmware update, which may bring fixes to cellular and network connectivity issues.

As for the date missing from the lock screen, it has returned. For those using Apple News (like those in Canada), it has gained a slight tweak, with the News logo disappearing and slight font size tweaks.
