Today Apple previewed watchOS 6 for Apple Watch users, which will bring new Activity Trends, a dedicated App Store, new calculator and voice memo apps and more, such as Cycle Tracking for menstrual health and new hearing health features.
If you were wondering whether your Apple Watch will support watchOS 6 when it releases this fall, Apple has shared a list of compatible devices on its website.
Here are the Apple Watch generations capable of supporting watchOS 6:
- Apple Watch Series 1
- Apple Watch Series 2
- Apple Watch Series 3
- Apple Watch Series 4
The list of Apple Watch models able to run watchOS 6 in 2019 remains the same as devices able to support watchOS 5.
Apple says watchOS 6, which will include new watch faces, will be available to the masses this fall.
