Square Canada’s Partner Platform Integrates QuickBooks Online, Xero and Stitch Labs

Square Canada announced earlier this week its register service for businesses partnered with online services QuickBooks Online, Xero and Stitch Labs, to further enhance their partner platform for sellers to easily import and sync sales and inventory data in real-time.

The company says the addition of these services will allow sellers to improve accuracy and also save time when it comes to inputting sales and keeping tabs on inventory.

“Being able to work with Square and QuickBooks Online allows me to sync my data with just one click, saving me valuable time I can now spend on making more sales,” said Edina Beeby of Vancouver-based GumChucks Canada. “Working with Square has always been easy and just got even easier.”

QuickBooks Online and Xero customers can now track Square sales data directly with their accounting software to get a real-time overview of business finances. Square business customers can now link their accounts to these accounting programs to import sales data automatically.

Stitch Labs enables sellers to track item counts across various sales channels and create purchase orders from one convenient location seamlessly.

Last month, Square Canada added free online invoicing to its Register service. Square today also released a blog post crushing 10 Myths About Square.

The mobile register industry is heating up, after Amazon USA launched its own solution this week, called Local Register, to compete with the likes of Square. No word when Amazon’s service will reach Canadian soil, but some would expect it to naturally happen sometime in the future.
