I have talked to the them and they are working on a cheaper shipping option to Canada! That is pretty crazy though, it’s the magic of UPS!! 🙂
I got mine from a certified reseller out of California for $40US + $9.95US, and received it duty free from a fellow with an eBay store. If iPhone Fan thinks it’s OK, I could post the store info.

I love my OtterBox! Best case (so far) that I’ve tried! I don’t use it all the time mind you, as I like to show off the beauty of the “bare” iPhone once in a while. When I’m out doing a photo shoot or traveling, I use the OtterBox. I have dropped my phone (with OtterBox on it) half a dozen times now, and not a scratch or dent. This case is (almost) indestructible! 🙂
I didn’t pay that much for shipping (although I did order 4 cases at one time). Like anything coming out of the US, especially via UPS (they are a HUGE rip off!!) you gotta be careful of actual shipping costs. I actually have a UPS account via my business, but am negotiating with a couple others, as UPS is outrageous when coming across the border (especially by ground).
Good luck to all of you who order the OtterBox. One little tip I’ll share. If you don’t need the protective screen that comes with the OtterBox case, simply “poke” it out and go “bare” with your iPhone screen. They are quite durable on their own! Personally, I don’t like the OtterBox protective screen, as I can’t get rid of all the bubbles and I find it too thick! Maybe I’m just too impatient 🙂
