Redsn0w May Be Updated To Support iPhone/iPod Touch 3.1.2
Good news for iPhone/iPod Touch jailbreakers. MuscleNerd, a member of the iPhone Dev Team, reported that he has recovered the source code to redsn0w and is now considering updating the jailbreaking software to support iPhone OS 3.1.2.
As previous redsn0w users know, the jailbreaking program is extremely simple to use to hack the iPhone 2G/3G/3GS and iPod Touch 1G/2G.
redsn0w is available cross-platform for Linux, Mac, and Windows but has not been updated for the 3.1.2 OS, but that may change!
Stay tuned!

I would love to have good 'ole redsn0w back! I heard it will incorporate custom boot logos, as well.
I also heard about custom boot logos too 🙂
