Apple Store Southgate Centre in Edmonton Opens Today

Looks like the fine folks in Edmonton will have two things to look forward to today: the opening of their 2nd Apple Store (3rd in AB) and the launch of the iPad in Canada! Apple continues to expand its retail operations in Canada. Here in Vancouver we have two stores, with a third store already in the works.

Apple Stores are great places to “try before you buy” and it’s also the only place where you can get some support for your Apple products and from “geniuses”. Here are the details of the new store that’s opening tomorrow at Southgate Centre:

It's only Edmonton's 2nd Apple Store. The other is in West Edmonton Mall. It'll be the third in Alberta. One in Calgary.

Apple store in Ottawa = nuts! Line up with many, many people… Just wanted to by a case for my iPad – they said this begins at 9:30… Too bad the guy yesterday didn't tell me that!!!
