ThinSkin Personalized Films For iPhone 4 + Giveaway!
True Power, Inc., makers of the TruePower iV Pro Battery pack, have released a line of new personalization films for the iPhone 4.
ThinSkin by True Power, Inc.
The ThinSkin films are a thin and colorful way to personalize your iPhone 4. The films remind me of an Apple Bumper but without the bulk. Like the Bumper, the films are applied along the perimeter of the iPhone 4, covering only the steel band.
Due to the thinness of the films, they do not provide very good impact protection for the iPhone 4, but they will repel scratches and scuffs from the steel band. Application of the product is very easy (guide) and is similar to applying a screen protector, but with less hassle. The films are pressure activated meaning that you can position and align the film before affixing them. Removal is also very easy and leaves no residue.
The films are packed two per package and also come in a variety of colors with a mix of fluorescent, metallic, glossy, and matte styles. The color list is as follows:

Overall the films are a great personalization accessory with lots of color choices and a minimal, subtle design. The only thing to be mindful of is that once applied, the film covers the SIM tray completely. So if you have tech support issues or need to remove the SIM tray, the ThinSkin must be removed.
Each ThinSkin is $19.95, comes with two ThinSkins per package, and is available from the True Power online store.

My iPhone 4 deserves the ThinSkin because I’m one of those who really has the honest to goodness antennagate issue and I can’t use my iPhone in *any* dock devices because I have to use the bumper.. I am hoping that a nice new Matte Black ThinSkin will allow me to dock my iPhone and also alleviate the antenna issues.

My iphone wants the thin red skin! Tired of the thick black bumper case. Some of my older charger cables can’t be used when the bumper case is on. Thin Skin should work really well!

My iPhone 4 deserves thinskin cuz the bumper I got from the apple store is to big 2 fit any of my docks, so I gotta keep removing it, It prefers to have the skinthin so it slides in comfertably. Also once u go vividblue it won’t b blue and nude anymore. 🙂

Hello, longtime reader first time ‘caller’. I would love to win the Orange Flourescent thinskin for my new Iphone 4. Currently, I have just a matte, black bumber for my iphone and being an young, animated and causal individual, my phone is too dark and serious and doesn’t fit my personality. Seriously, my phone woke me up this morning saying “I DEMAND MORE COLOUR!”

My iPhone 4 is brand-spankin’ new and still beautiful. Some nice Florescent Orange protection would save me from having little baby iPhone 4s running around out of control when my iPhone gets out there and Bumps with all pretty lady iPhones.
i bought the similar product when i first got my iPhone 4. but they didn’t work great. somehow they left the clue on the side of the band. that made iphone 4 kind of dirty. This thin skin looks more high end. I would like to give it a try. if they work good, i ll purchase a pair of white ones.

my iphone 4 needs a rival for the gela skin and bumper i have on it right now…if there can be no bulk and it still protects then it will win the cool and usability of the phone!!! yes please..

My phone is constantly in and out of a dock, both at home and at work. Having a skin like this would make it look good, keep the bezel protected and not interfere with the dock fitting.
