One of our favourite music streaming apps, Sonza, has received a new 3.0 update which comes with a brand new user interface and redesign.
Upon launching the new app you’ll notice the Concierge feature is now full screen and free of clutter. You can tap the Concierge day and customize what day and time you want your music preferences to be. You can just tap and hold on any Concierge box and it’ll just auto play so you don’t need to fumble for a station while driving.
By swiping up from the bottom of the screen (or shaking your iPhone), a new option appears for you to tell Songza what you are doing so it can find you music. There’s also the option to search for playlists with specific artists, finally.
Audyssey’s integration of their HQ Audio feature has been improved as 200 additional headphone models have been added.
Along with its new navigation pane and redesigned user interface, Songza is doing everything right. The music service quickly surpassed 1 million Canadian users in 70 days last fall, with over 900,000 users using its iOS app.
