While we are waiting for Apple to send out invitations for the next big event, the launch of its next generation iPad, here is some juicy fresh information spilled by the rumour mill. The Canadian guys from Unbox Therapy (via MacRumors) have managed to grab what they claim to be the iPad 5 Smart Covers in a variety of colours.
The leaked iPad 5 images already have highlighted that the tablet will be smaller and (maybe) thinner than the iPad 4, and these alleged iPad 5 covers appear to reinforce the earlier claims.
As you can see, the Smart Case will likely be available in eight colours: gray, red, pink, orange, green, black, white, and blue, and they have only three panels instead of four, like the smart cover designed for the iPad mini.
While the legitimacy of the shown covers is questionable, the fact that they fit exactly to the alleged iPad 5 rear shell retained by Unbox Therapy certainly suggests that we can expect something similar later next month when the iPad 5 and the iPad mini 2 are widely expected to reach consumers.
