iOS 7.1 Patches the Evasi0n7 Jailbreak [Warning]
Earlier today, Apple released iOS 7.1 for all compatible iPhones, iPods and iPads, as well as the Apple TV, bringing several improvements like CarPlay, Siri and Touch ID enhancements, visual tweaks and more. Unfortunately, the update also disables the Evasi0n iOS 7 jailbreak by patching key kernel exploits.
Lead member of the jailbreak community @MuscleNerd also confirmed on Twitter a few minutes earlier that updating to iOS 7.1 will render Evasi0n 7 jailbreak useless, even with SHSH blobs saved offline.
Jailbreakers stay away from today’s iOS 7.1! Once you go up you can’t downgrade again even with SHSH blobs (except i4).

In short, all those who wish to retain their iOS 7 untethered jailbreak should refrain from updating to iOS 7, and should stay on iOS 7.0.6.
