After launching its wireless network four years ago, Videotron has reached another important milestone in the carrier’s history: It has launched its Long Term Evolution (LTE) network, the company announced today.
Videotron’s 4G LTE services reach nearly 90% of Quebec’s population and support theoretical download speeds of up to 150 Mbps.

The roll-out of LTE service demonstrates our commitment to satisfying consumers’ needs and holding our place in our customers’ hearts and hearths.”
As soon as iOS 8 goes live, Videotron will support the iPhone 5c and iPhone 5s, with other devices to be added in the coming weeks.
