As for other carriers? We’ve been told some Rogers units have shipped and Bell as well.
As for other reservations, Future Shop has been calling some folks that their device of choice is not available. But for the inconvenience, they are offering customers $50 store gift cards.
Has your Telus iPhone 6 pre-order shipped yet? Most reservations made are expected to be fulfilled tomorrow, the official launch of the iPhone 6. Many of you are already waiting in line outside Apple Stores as we speak.

I was called by Futureshop saying that my pre-order for iPhone 6 Plus 64GB Space Grey will not be there tomorrow even if I was the first to do the pre-order at that store last friday. Worst part is that they did not even offer me a 50.00$ gift card which is a shame. Last friday the guy told me that I was sure to get it since I was the first one, wonder what’s happening here, does that mean that Futureshop have not received ANY iPhone 6 Plus ? Wow..
It seems like only the Apple Store will have iPhone Plus available on launch day.
You definitely should call them back and politely, but firmly, tell them you aren’t pleased, and question how you could be first to reserve and still not get your phone. If they are giving out gift cards for the inconvenience, you definitely should get one!
I had the same thing happen to me man, I was first in line to preorder the Iphone 6 plus 64gb and they told me for sure they would get at the very least one of them and I go today to pick it up and bam no iphone, they did however offer me the gift card.
I did call Futureshop back, they told me that the gift card was only for people who came this morning to buy the iPhone 6 Plus which they don’t have but they offered me the gift card also since they probably understand that this politic does not make sense. Anyway I should have that gift card…at least.
Nothing for me about Rogers. Im wainting for an associate online. I hopi I’ll have some good news about my iPhone 6. I was 36th in Canada to pre-order my iPhone on Rogers.
I’m a Fido client, and I received my tracking number for me iPhone 6 – 64 Gold (UPS tracking) and i was number #97 in the queue on pre-order day, I had also pre-ordered as a new customer cause i couldn’t log in, and I was #9 for that, and it still shows “In Progress”
My Fido pre-order (iPhone 6 128gb) shipped earlier today via UPS. Existing customer. Was #69 in line when reserved it.
Still waiting for my 6+ on fido to change status from open. I’m #29 on queue
I preordered from Apple. Received notice from UPS that my shipment will arrive by end of day on the 19th. Working from home tomorrow.
Received text and email from Fido around 8pm, thursday night, saying it has shipped (iphone 6, 64gb SG). Was 203 initially, then dropped to 183. UPS tracking number, but no details yet on where it is. Looks like there’s less stock of the 6+?
after dropping to 183 did it drop further? I started as 600 (placed at 8am on the day but their system opened at 7am) and i’ve been at 117/115 for the past 3 days… 🙁 I’m wondering if it has to do with the location which I chose to pick up the device (it’s not a big flagship fido store) – Does anyone know if that can affect it?
Still nothing from Telus here…I pre-ordered the iPhone 6 at 5AM EST and was guarantee it would ship on the 18th but order still shows ‘approved’… iPhone 6 16GB Space Grey. Anyone else not get their shipment emails yet? Think it has shipped anyway?
I live in Montreal BTW. And Telus informed me my phone would be coming from the Mississauga warehouse. They also said I was part of batch 1 and all batch 1 phones were shipped. So very weird situation here…
I’m in the same boat. Ordered at 5am eastern and my order has been showing as approved since Friday afternoon. Hoping it will come today but not holding my breath.
the official shipping confirmations are going to be sent out between 8-9 am EST today according to TELUS twitter. The above screenshot was sent by me and my tracking number was given to me by a telus representative, it’s not the official shipping confirmation. On twitter they said everyone from batch 1 was shipped yesterday !
So it shipped via Canada Post and not UPS/FEDEX??
Yes Canada Post… and the tracking page has not been updated since yesterday and there is no delivery time estimate…

I ordered it at 3:25 AM EST and it’s for an iPhone 6+ 64 GB black.
Telus just called me to say that my phone was on the way and that my welcome letter would arrive later. The order status page on their website also says that the order is shipped.
My orders were at 4:01am EST and 5:09am EST. The 5:09am one I can now see the shipping details but not the one ordered an hour earlier? This has been a mess. Canada Post is showing a Monday delivery to Burlington when it is coming from Mississauga.
Mine isn’t even showing a delivery date. But where does the package originates from ? and and what time was it first scanned by Canada Post ?
Mine originated in Mississauga. They are showing they picked it up at 6:19pm yesterday.
okay, mine was picked up at 3:25 pm yesterday but In calgary, which is 4000 km away from where I live (quebec).
That’s weird. Maybe the 6+ are out of Calgary. Makes no sense that they wouldn’t send it from Mississauga to Quebec if they had it.
Yeah it’s stupid…. Are you able to see on your tracking info which method was used (Priority, Xpress or standard) ? Some people on Twitter are saying Priority, which would mean they are obligated to deliver it the day after it ships.
Expresspost. Arrived at the Canada Post office 2 blocks from my house at 5:24am this morning but the Posties can get it delivered until Monday now.

Ended up going to my local Telus corporately owned store and walked out in 15 mins with two phones exactly as I wanted. I will now refuse the shipment whenever they try to deliver. That’s what the Webstore people told me to do when I called to say I had gotten the phone locally. Went in around 10:30, the store was empty and they had all versions of the 6 available. They didn’t even receive 1 of the 6+.
Mine says xpresspost. Item already out for delivery as of 9:26am. Toronto.
My 6+ is coming from Mississauga, and I’m just outside of Vancouver… wish they would have sent mine from Calgary!

Finally got my tracking info from Tellus. Went back to the ‘thanx for ordering email I got and checked through the ‘check the progress of your order’ link and there it was.

Same with me. No email from Telus but checking my order status has a tracking number. I had a silver model and ordered it mid morning.
Not too worried about getting my notice from Telus. When I pre-ordered my 5, I got my delivery notice after my phone was delivered to me.

I also pre-ordered an 6+ 64GB Space Grey from Fido existing customer was #124 in line, now #74. It really seems that Apple kept all the 6+ for their own pre-order and Apple Store. What a shame ! I’ve talked to a sales rep at Futureshop and he told me that none of Quebec Futureshop stores received the 6+….!
Ok so I got my tracking number……I can see where it was an hour ago, but there is no estimated time or date of delivery?

Well that’s the confusing part. Due to a technical glitch I couldn’t place my order until Monday afternoon! I ordered a SG iphone 6 64gb.
The tracking number hasn’t been emailed to me yet, I clicked on check your progress and it popped up with the tracking number!
ICK. Got my tracking number. Everyone check your status. They didn’t send me another email but updated the tracking number. Mine is being shipped via Canada Post. ETA – today! Yay

Pretty pissed off. It shipped but late so won’t be here until Monday. If they used an actual shipping company like Purolator, UPS, FedEX it would have 100% been here today. Last year they at least shipped it wednesday so it would arrive friday. Took today off work so I could be here to receive the package. I wish people would stop shipping stuff with Canada Post.

about a hour away from Ottawa. It shipped from Mississauga but Canada Post can’t even deliver mail from one sort centre to another so it doesn’t get sorted on time to go out for delivery. So basically Priority 9am, xpresspost, and regular mail are all the same service.

Yes cause shipping companies dont have delays as well lol. Funny that people take a day off work now so they can get their new phone. Apple has their sheep tightly flocked together for a product that is just finally catching up to other phones on the market
You are sounding pretty ignorant, if you have a shipment coming in rather it’s a phone, cloths or whatever aren’t you going to make sure you home to receive it ? Some people truly lack common sense smh

I pre ordered the Silver iPhone 6 64GB from Telus around 9:00 am EST on the 12th. The only communication I’ve had from Telus is that my order has been confirmed and is expected to ship by October 14. When I placed my order I was offered free AppleCare as part of deferred shipping. Two sources at Telus assured me that deferred shipping did not mean that I would have to wait any longer than other people who pre ordered and it’s first ordered first shipped. I’m starting to wonder if really was a stall tactic by Telus and why some people see, to have revived their phones when they ordered after me.
I ordered my iPhone through Telus around 10:00 am EST on the 12th. (After an hour and a half on hold)
They could not give me a confirmation number or order number. I have called back twice as I have not received any notification whatsoever that my order has been placed. Still they can tell me nothing?
Anxiously awaiting my 6+ 128 GB in space gray or any information to show me it’s on the way.
At least I got a confirmation number, but nothing since that. I just want to know when to realistically expect it!
