WhatsApp Messenger has been updated finally for iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus users, adding screen support for Apple’s new higher resolution smartphones. Aside from the regular addition of fixes for bugs and crashes, the ability to toggle off read receipts hasn’t arrived for iPhone users yet, despite Android users getting the option earlier last week.

Finally an update for iPhone 6 and 6 plus. It looks a lot better with the higher resolution. Is nice if they can add the ability to toggle off read receipts, but is no big deal. Yeah I read your message, but doesn’t mean I have to reply. Just like if you call me, doesn’t mean I have to pick up your call.
Yeah, it’s not a deal breaker of course, but the new ‘crisp’ look is appreciated.
