Apple’s iOS 8.3 Beta Download Seeded to Developers [u]

Apple has just seeded the first beta of iOS 8.3 to developers, available for download in the Member Center. Also new is Xcode 6.3 beta with Swift 1.2.

iOS 8.2 beta 5 was seeded to developers just last week, and we will find out soon if new features will debut in iOS 8.3 beta.

Update: 9to5Mac has discovered iOS 8.3 beta includes wireless CarPlay, better Google Account logins and also an improved Emoji picker.

Seems like ApplePay is coming for… China in 8.3!!
Ugh. The wait and anguish goes on for NFC Haven (Canada)

Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are already present. Adding “UnionPay” does not preclude Apple Pay from arriving in Canada at the same time (or before) China.
