What’s New in iOS 8.3 Beta 4 [VIDEO]

Apple released iOS 8.3 beta 4 to developers yesterday and along with it came some new changes and bug fixes. YouTube channel EverythingApplePro has posted a video detailing some of the changes (some which are from the third beta), such as showcasing the new emojis, Siri settings and more.
