Apple Watch Guide: Accessing Glances & Notifications [VIDEO]
The Apple Watch, much like other iOS devices offers you a quick way to view your Notifications. It also allows you to have what essentially a bunch of widgets in what Apple calls Glances.

To see your notifications you simply swipe down on the Apple Watch from the watch face screen. You can then scroll through them, tap on them to launch them, and even dismiss them. If you’ve missed a notification, the Apple Watch will also reminded you that you have some with a little red light on the watch face screen.
To see your glances, you simply swipe up on your Apple Watch from the watch face screen. Glances are as the name suggests, just quick little snapshots or summaries of an app. Some Apple Watch apps allow you to add them to your glances, while others do not.
