All you have to do is go into your glances by swiping up on your Apple Watch from the watch face screen. Then swipe all the way to the left. It should be the first screen. You’ll see along the bottom a little picture of an iPhone. Tap on it and the Apple Watch will ping your iPhone.
The iPhone will emit a loud ping noise. So you can keep pinging the phone until you find it.
