If you’re a Koodo Mobile user on the company’s Heavyweight plans, the $63 and $73 options with 2GB and 3GB data respectively are currently on discount until May 31.
Both plans have dropped by $8 per month to $55 and $65, as seen below:

These plans comes with unlimited Canada-wide minutes, unlimited SMS/MMS, call display, voicemail, Canada-wide family calling, call waiting and conference call. Data overages are charged at $5/250MB.
TELUS is really pushing Koodo Mobile hard to grab more subscribers and these recent plan changes are having an effect on Rogers and Bell, as their sub brands Fido and Virgin Mobile continue to match these new plans.
If you are currently on one of these Heavyweight plans, make sure you call in and switch to the discounted price to save $8 per month.

How is $55 for 2GB of data still considered a deal in this country? Outrageous.
I’m on the $56/2GB Fido plan offered a couple years back. This new price seems to better that by $1. But yeah…
At least you have international SMS/MMS. I believe it included call forwarding. Extra for newer plans. Wish we had QC, MB, or SK pricing.
So true. However at least is $55 for 2 GB on a HEAVYWEIGHT plan. So you could say things are getting a little better..
want to get customers, lots of them, fast? bring the $50 Saskatchewan plan, you know, the one with 5GB, outside Saskatchewan
Dreaming of a move to SK
Good thing I still have my good ‘ol 6GB data plan for $60. Seems like a huge deal these days…
You’d have to offer 50GB of data at that price to get me to move to SK.
I’m on the no contract $45 6GB Unlimited CDN voice Worldwide text/pic/video plan with Virgin.
This sucks!!!!
How dis you get that?!!?
It was offered in Thunder Bay a couple years ago but anybody could get it even if you didn’t live there. I didn’t. Stays with you no matter where you move.
No such oplan was ever offered for $30
