If you’re thinking about switching over to Telus prepaid brand, Public Mobile, there’s a promo offer right now for in-store activations at retailers London Drugs and Walmart.
According to Public Mobile, if you “Activate any 30-day talk, text and data plan at London Drugs by Sept 6th and get a one-time $25 account credit & free SIM card.” The same applies at Walmart locations.
The fine print says “Customer will receive the one-time $25 account credit within 72 hours of activating. Offer valid until Sept 6th at participating London Drugs locations only. Customer must activate in-store. Not valid on online SIM orders. New customers only.” The same fine print applies to Walmart.
If you throw in the refer-a-friend credit, you can get an additional $10 (it was $25 but expired last week). Email ti**@************da.ca if you require a $10 referral.
The promo offer expires on September 6, 2018.
