Sonos One Gen 1 Speaker Gets Price Drop to $224.99 in Canada
Sonos announced a refresh for its Sonos One speaker this week, adding Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), an updated processor and more memory for “Gen 2”, sporting the exact same design.
With the release of Sonos One Gen 2, the original version has now seen a price drop to $224.99 in Canada, which is $25 off the MSRP of $249.99. Amazon is selling it for $223 right now, while Best Buy has it listed for $224.99.
The Sonos One supports Amazon Alexa, with Google Assistant expected for later this year. Apple’s AirPlay 2 is also supported, allowing you to use Siri to stream music to the speaker.
If you’ve been waiting to pick up a Sonos One, this may be the time to do so, if you’re looking to save a few bucks.
