Koodo has a bring your own device (BYOD) promo plan right now at $25 with unlimited talk and text, but no data (pay per use data is available). However, existing Koodo customers can change to this plan and coupled with a recent $15/10GB add-on promo, you can get a $40/10GB plan, which is pretty decent.
According to users on RFD, you can log into your Koodo account online and switch over to the $25 promo voice and text plan. Your existing $15/10GB add-on promo will remain with your new plan.
This plan also can go down to $39/10GB, depending on the price of your data add-on promo:
Back in November 2019, Koodo started offering $10/4GB and $15/10GB data add-on promos for select customers and now it appears to be paying off when coupled with the $25 BYOD talk and text plan.
If you received one of these data add-on promos from last fall, let us know if you’re going to switch to the $25 talk and text promo plan. A 10GB plan with Koodo currently costs $75 per month, but if you’re able to get it down to $39 or $40 per month, that results in some pretty big savings.
