Discount wireless brand Fizz, owned by Videotron in Quebec, is offering up some refurbished iPhones.
These “preloved” devices include a 6 month warranty and can be had at the following prices on a two-year contract:
- iPhone SE (2020) – $200
- iPhone 8 – $200
- iPhone 8 Plus – $280
- iPhone 7 – $100
- iPhone 7 Plus – $200
- iPhone X – $350
- iPhone XR – $375
- iPhone XS – $520
You’re not able to buy these refurbished iPhones outright, as the fine print says the rebate is “conditional on maintaining an uninterrupted period of 24 months on a Fizz mobile plan that is already activated the time of the phone’s purchase,” or activating a plan within 7 days of receiving the phone and maintaining that plan for 24 months. If you break this term, then you are required to repay the rebate.
The iPhone SE (2020) is a decent entry iPhone and if you’re desperate, for $200 it’s not bad for a refurbished unit, if you are also ready for a 24-month term.
