Telus-owned Public Mobile has launched a promotion to kick off the weekend, in the form of a 2GB monthly data bonus.
“Starting August 13 to August 16 at 11:59PM EST, new customers can get 2GB of monthly bonus data (3G speeds) for free when they activate on any plan $35 or higher with promo code 2GBBONUS,” announced Public Mobile on Friday.
Currently, a $35 plan at Public Mobile includes 2.5GB of data after Autopay. The 2GB bonus takes total data to 4.5GB per month.
As of writing, Bell’s Lucky Mobile and Rogers’ Chatr have yet to match this Public Mobile promotion.
The offer is only available for new customers only. In order to get the offer, one must submit their email on the company’s website to get the promo code and activate a plan $35 or higher online, by August 16, 2021.
