If you recently switched away from Rogers-owned Fido, you may want to be aware of current ‘winback’ deals, which are sweetheart plans to lure you back to the company.
The latest Fido ‘winback’ for September 2021 appears to be still in the form of a $45/25GB plan, which includes a $100 bill credit plus waives the recently increased $50 connection fee.
According to RFD user ‘JimmyLunga’, they recently switched over to Videotron’s Fizz Mobile, which resulted in a ‘winback’ call from Fido. The user had only left Fido for a period of one month (when they were on a $40/8GB plan).
Another RFD user chimed in to say they had also received a ‘winback’ call from Fido, after departing the company for just one day. They received the same $45/25GB offer, but instead took a $40/12GB ‘winback’ deal instead, which also included the $100 bill credit.
Fido has long been offering its $45/25GB plan for ‘winback’, dating back to one year ago, when the deal came with a $200 bill credit, as part of a response to Shaw’s Freedom Mobile.
