The series stars Lou Llobell, Laura Birn, Terrence Mann, Jared Harris, and Lee Pace. Foundation is produced by David S. Goyer, who has also penned the teleplay of two episodes. Series directors include Alex Graves, Roxann Dawson, Jennifer Phang, and Rupert Sanders.

Foundation is being primed to be a big deal for Apple TV+. With series production value and marketing, Apple seemingly hopes it’ll make a splash. With that in mind, Apple actually released the episode earlier than usual yesterday evening. Alongside the season two finale of ‘Ted Lasso’, Apple launched the series premiere of Foundation three hours early.

Foundation will continue to release new episodes each week over a 10 week period. The season finale of the series will land on Apple TV+ on November 19, 2021.

Apple TV+ is available in Canada for $5.99 CAD per month
