Bell Says No Outages Caused by Rogers Network Failure

With the Rogers outage still ongoing nationwide and wreaking havoc on services and businesses, the company’s rivals have stated their services are business as usual.

Telus stated they are not having any issues, despite customers complaining about slow data and internet.

Bell this morning also announced their services are “operational” as usual, saying any issues are related to someone trying to call or text a Rogers customer.

“Some Bell customers may be experiencing issues when trying to call or text Rogers subscribers due to current interruptions in Rogers network services. The Bell network is operational and calls and texts between Bell customers or to other providers are not impacted,” said the company on Friday morning.

Bell customers replied to say they are still suffering from slow internet and low service bars, with some noting data is unusable altogether.

Are you having any issues with Bell wireless or internet services right now?
