Telus-owned Public Mobile recently launched a weekend promo offering a 2GB data bonus for six months, on 4G speed plans priced at $40 or higher.
The promo is only for new activations online and the code 4GPLANBONUS is needed at checkout.
Theoretically, the 2GB promo could be applied to the $41.25 plan with 4GB, resulting in 6GB total for six months.
The promo goes until July 18 at 11:59PM EST and those ordering a SIM card online, have until July 29, 2022, at 11:59PM ET to activate and qualify for the bonus data.
Public Mobile recently re-introduced 4G speed plans on top of its existing 3G speed plans, while also revamping its online self-serve portal to make it easier for customers to use with mobile devices.
The company says the 2GB bonus will remain for six months as long as the same rate plan remains, and the promo may take up to two business days to be applied.
