Apple Vision Pro Preorders Begin Today in Canada

Today is the day, Canada. Apple Vision Pro preorders are going live ahead of its July 12 launch on the market. Following months of U.S. exclusivity, Apple is bringing its mixed reality headset to Canada and other select markets.
Apple Vision Pro preorders go live at 8AM ET/ 5AM PT. In Canada, the starting price of the headset is $4,999. This covers the base model of the headset, which includes 256GB of storage. However, there are also 512GB and 1TB options for $5,299 and $5,599 respectively.
During the online preorder process, users will be encouraged to use their iPhone or iPad and Camera app to find the right headset size. Afterwards, prospective Vision Pro owners can select whether they’d like to purchase ZEISS Optical Inserts for reading or prescription lenses. AppleCare+ is also offered during the preorder process.
Alongside Canada, preorders for Vision Pro are being made available in Australia, France, Germany, and the UK.
Vision Pro has been touted as a phenomenal technological leap for the company. While still in its early stages, Vision Pro offers some incredibly unique ways to immerse yourself in entertainment and games while also interacting with Apple’s productivity ecosystem. That said, Vision Pro will likely remain a niche product for die-hard Apple users and those who enjoy experimental gadgets.
The beautiful aspect of Vision Pro’s launch in Canada is that Canadians can set up an appointment at their local Apple Store to test Vision Pro. For many, this is suggested prior to purchasing to ensure Vision Pro is comfortable and useful. As $4,999 is not a nominal price point, it’s encouraged that potential users do their due diligence before purchasing.

It only costs as much as 5 monitor stands – so not that bad when you look at that way 😉

Wow this is awesome. The VR as I walk down the street is amazing. The app even lets you feel the wet on your face as the bots spit at you.
Oh wait … those are real people. I'll just drive home while wearing this absolutely necessary utility.
First I have to stop at the car wash to get all the egg off my cyber truck that was thrown at it.
