Bell announced today the acquisition of technical services firms Stratejm and CloudKettle Inc., enhancing its professional and managed services in cybersecurity and Salesforce.
With these additions, Bell aims to offer enterprises a better AI-powered end-to-end customer experience, leveraging its pure fibre and 5G networks, to help medium and large companies transition to digital and automation through cloud services.
Mississauga-based Stratejm offers AI-driven Security-as-a-Service solutions, real-time threat detection, response, and streamlined incident management, all supported by a vendor-independent SOC2 Security Operation Centre.
CloudKettle is from Halifax and operates nationally and in the U.S., specializing in Salesforce enterprise implementation. As a Salesforce consulting partner, the company integrates leading data and AI capabilities through Salesforce Data Cloud, Industry Clouds, Marketing Cloud, Einstein 1, and Tableau.
Back in 2023, Bell acquired FX Innovation, a provider of end-to-end multi-cloud services, IT workflow automation, and cloud consulting. Bell says today’s acquisition complements its FX Innovation purchase from two years ago.
Both Stratejm and CloudKettle will become part of BCE’s group of companies, reporting to Guillaume Bazinet, CEO of Bell’s FX Innovation.
