Loblaw and Marvel Partner, Offering Exclusive Collectible Cards Across Canada

Loblaw Companies Limited and Marvel are teaming up to offer Canadians collectible Marvel card packs at nationwide stores.

Starting on August 1st, Canadians can receive a collectible four-pack of Marvel cards while shopping at Loblaws, No Frills, The Real Canadian Superstore, Shoppers Drug Mart, Zehrs and more. For every $25 spent in-store or online, customers can receive a pack of cards.

Additionally, when purchasing select products from participating brands, customers can receive an additional card pack. This includes products from Coca-Cola and Kraft. It’s confirmed that there are a total of 90 cards to collect. Loblaw and Marvel are also offering a collectors album to purchase for $5.

To top things off, a series of in-store activities will also be coming to participating locations across Canada. Activities include Marvel-themed word puzzle scavenger hunt, local costume events, and more.  Customers can have a chance to win four tickets to an all-expenses-paid trip to the global premiere of Captain America: Brave New World in Los Angeles next year. The ultimate prize pack includes round-trip flights, two nights’ accommodation in Hollywood, spending money, a Hollywood tour, plus tickets to Marvel Studios’ Captain America: Brave New World premiere at the El Capitan Theater
