Apple’s iPhone 16 series pre-orders launched this morning, and many of you are saying it was one of the smoothest buying experiences to date. Was that because of low demand, or was that because Apple has finally perfected the process to avoid hiccups?
For the entry iPhone 16, many configurations and colours are still available for the September 20 launch day. The same goes for the iPhone 16 Pro, based on our quick checks of storage and colours. Is this due to lower demand or the fact Apple has a tonne of stock ready to go?
Only the iPhone 16 Pro Max is sold out for launch day, with delivery dates showing October 15-22.
We’re not seeing the dedicated reserve and pick up link as we have in previous years, as you can arrange for store pick up at check out.
What did you buy today from Apple? The complete list of Apple Intelligence features won’t even be fully available until next spring.

I was up at 0330 (i'm at work in Northern "Berta) and at 6am I was driving to work and couldn't order until I got to my office which was around 0630. I had them pre pre ordered already and the buying process was smooth. iPhone 16 plus 128GB, Black expected to arrive on Oct 20th and iPhone Pro max 512GB in Desert Titanium expected to arrive Oct 2-4th. I'm happy with that.

The pre-ordering was great. I can tab on the different colours and instantly see the availability date without going through the process just to pick a different colour.

i just pre-order my iphone 16 pro max 1tb from bell mobile on sep 27 at 11:11am and wanted to know why its taking so long to get my iphone cuz my iphone 14 pro max when it first came out didnt even take this long to get it its already going on a month and a week already this is crazy whats apple going to do make ppl wait until after christmas to get there pre-orders like come on its not fair to make ppl wait this bloodly long and ya i speak for everyone around the world thats waiting on there pre-orders
