Level Up Your Drive with World of Warcraft Characters on Waze
Waze has introduced an exciting collaboration with World of Warcraft, featuring voice guidance and themed navigation options inspired by Blizzard Entertainment’s iconic game.

Starting today, World of Warcraft fans can take their favourite game characters on the road with them through Waze. This latest update lets drivers select the game’s characters to guide them on their journey, turning their commute into a thrilling adventure.
Leading the charge is none other than Thrall, the mighty Warchief of the Horde. Known for his leadership and wisdom in the World of Warcraft universe, Thrall offers drivers practical tips with a twist of humor and adventure.
For example, when caught in traffic, drivers will hear Thrall encouraging them with, “Breathe — this is not the end of the world,” adding a touch of his character’s signature resilience. He also gives strategic advice on maneuvering through tough situations, like calling a U-turn “a clever strategy to fool any pursuers on our tail.”
In addition to Thrall’s guidance, drivers can fully immerse themselves in a World of Warcraft-themed experience by choosing between two different driving “moods.” One option is to align with the “Horde,” symbolized by a miniature Thrall representing the faction’s fierce warriors.
Alternatively, users can opt for the “Alliance,” represented by a warrior clad in blue and gold armor, paying homage to the rival faction in the game.

But the fun doesn’t stop there. Waze users can also select the Red Drake as their virtual vehicle within the app. Imagine cruising down the highway with Thrall by your side and a legendary mount under your control.
This World of Warcraft driving experience is available to Waze users worldwide and is currently offered in English. Drivers can access this feature by installing the latest version of the app, and find the World of Warcraft banner in the app’s left-hand menu to activate the special features.
