Here’s Apple M4 Mac mini Canadian Pricing: Pro Gets Price Hike
Apple dropped its newest upgrade to the Mac mini today, adding a new M4 and M4 Pro chip the its smallest computer yet, which gains a new design.
Below you can find Canadian pricing for the new M4 Mac mini, which sees the Pro chip gain a starting price increase compared to its predecessor the M2 Pro, an increase of $200. But that price increase does include 8GB more RAM compared to before:
- M4, 10-Core CPU/GPU, 16GB Memory, 256GB SSD – $799
- M4, 10-Core CPU/GPU, 16GB Memory, 512GB SSD – $1,049
- M4, 10-Core CPU/GPU, 24GB Memory, 512GB SSD – $1,299
- M4 Pro, 12-Core CPU / 16-Core GPU, 24GB Memory, 512GB SSD – $1,899
Here are the upgrades for the M4, which have stayed the same as before for the most part:
- 24GB RAM: $250
- 32GB RAM: $500
- 512GB SSD: $250
- 1TB SSD: $500
- 2TB SSD: $1000
- 10 Gigabit Ethernet: $125
Here are the upgrades for the M4 Pro, which have stayed the same for the most part, too. Except the upgrade to the 14-core CPU and 20-core GPU is cheaper compared to the M2 Pro upgrade, by $125 (was $375):
- M4 Pro with 14‑core CPU, 20-core GPU: $250
- 48GB RAM: $500
- 64GB RAM: $750
- 1TB SSD: $250
- 2TB SSD: $750
- 4TB SSD: $1500
- 8TB SSD: $3000
- 10 Gigabit Ethernet: $125
Of course, if you have access to Apple Education pricing, you can save on both the M4 Mac mini and M4 Pro as well.
