Fido Offering $34/60GB Canada-US Plan to Some Customers
Rogers-owned Fido is offering up a special deal for existing customers right now, in the form of a $34/60GB Canada-US plan.
But of course, there’s a catch, as this is only for add a line, when you bring your own phone. The original price is actually $54/month, but there’s a $20/month off discount, taking it down to $34/month. You get unlimited calling in Canada and the U.S., but data roaming is not included, sadly.
The price is after setting up the automatic payments discount, which is pre-authorized credit card payments, according to RFD.
Now, the fine print says “If removed from your account, a Canada+US plan cannot be reactivated on this line for 12 months.”
For reference, here are Fido’s current plans on its website:
- $44/20GB
- $49/40GB
- $54/60GB with US calling
It’s worth noting Koodo is offering a $5/month promo on add a line right now until November 7.
You may want to log into your Fido account and check if this plan is available, especially if you are looking for an add a line offer. Since we’re getting close to Black Friday, you may want also to hold off to see what’s coming.
