Walmart Canada is set to launch its Black Friday deals early this year (like everybody else), with online deals set to kick off on Wednesday, November 13, at 6pm PT/9pm ET and in-store on Thursday, November 14.
One of the biggest deals being teased right now is Apple’s iPad 9, still a capable tablet for light web browsing and for random games for the kiddos. This entry 64GB iPad 9 Wi-Fi is going to be slashed by $170 down to $279, saving you 37% according to Walmart.
Recently, Apple was clearing out the iPad 9 for $199 in the U.S., and now it looks like Canadians are getting a similar deal here at $279 CAD. We’ve seen the iPad 9 drop down to $299, but $279 is definitely the cheapest we’ve seen so far.
Amazon.ca has the iPad 9 for $349 right now, but you can bet it will match Walmart.ca or get very close to its price.
Apple’s current iPad 10 costs $499, with the tablet rumoured for an upgrade in spring of 2025 to support Apple Intelligence.
