As for Lucky Mobile, it’s advertising $29/25GB on its homepage, which offers 5GB more data than Chatr. Lucky Mobile is also offering your third month free on plans priced $35/month and higher.

For now, your best bet is to get a plan during Black Friday that includes at least U.S. data roaming, such as those from Public Mobile and even extra Mexico roaming from Freedom Mobile. All other ‘Big 3’ plans with features such as US calling and long distance aren’t really worth it, as roaming data is where you’ll save the most money (if you travel).
