Public Mobile Black Friday Deals 2024: Here are the Big Changes

Telus-owned Public Mobile has debuted its Black Friday deals for 2024. This time around, the company has just increased international long distance minutes.
Here are Public Mobile’s Black Friday plans as of November 19:
- $19/1GB 4G + 100 international minutes
- $23/6GB 4G + 100 international minutes
- $30/20GB 4G Canada-US + 250 international minutes
- $36/50GB 5G Canada-US + 500 international minutes
- $45/65GB 5G Canada-US + 2000 international minutes
- $49/100GB 4G Canada-US + 1000 international minutes
Public Mobile also made some plan changes. The $35/50GB 4G Canada-US plan with 100 international minutes has been removed.
Meanwhile, the $30, $36 and $45 plans get increased international minutes, up from 100, 250 and 1,000 per month, respectively.
The $49/100GB Canada-US plan remains the same, still with 1,000 international minutes.
Last year, we saw Public Mobile debut a $34/50GB Canada-US plan, to match Freedom Mobile. This year, it’s $2 more but you get 500 international minutes on top.
Will we see Black Friday plans get better as we approach the real Black Friday on November 29? Are you holding out?

If Freedom could add roaming data outside North America, matching of those from Freedom, that would be ideal.
My $29 Koodo plan from last year is now $35 after two increases. Looking forward to what Fido or Virgin has to offer.
I'm looking to reduce cost not increase GBs
Yes, yes n Yes.( Because if u do not use (snooze ) u lose.[ The Three Telecoms tell CRTC the per$ Data price; Not per usage Data!
I love PM but visit a Rogers counter. They’re doing $5 talk & text, $10 1GB on 5G, $20 5GB on 5G, $25 20GB on 5G – activation fee waived. Meant for new customers but I signed up my in-laws and parents, one who was already on Rogers. $10 SIM card and off you go.
The "international minutes" are only a handful a countries and doesn't include the US. Useless for most people.
