Telus-owned Public Mobile has done the unthinkable—it has launched Mexico roaming plans.
Yes, for Black Friday, Public Mobile has now matched Freedom Mobile, offering Canada-US-Mexico roaming plans from $35 per month.
Here’s what’s available right now that includes talk, text and data in Canada, US and Mexico (for new and existing customers):

Long distance minutes are to China, Hong Kong, India, Pakistan, Philippines, Taiwan, and the United Kingdom.
Freedom Mobile does have one advantage with its $35 Canada-US-Mexico plan, is that it includes 5GB of Roam Beyond (international roaming). Freedom’s $45 and $55 plans also include Roam Beyond too, which Public Mobile does not.

I've said it in other posts and I will continue to say it in every post moving forward. Public Mobile has used the catchphrase, Public Mobile, Different Is Calling. How is matching others "Different". Beat each of your competitors by $5 and you WILL be different.
