Koodo Deal: Free Samsung Galaxy S24 FE, Here’s How to Get It

Yesterday we told you about Koodo offering up a free Google Pixel 8a, available for new and existing customers on a Tab plan (you pay $0/month for 24 months and $0 upfront).
Now, Koodo is also offering up the same deal for a Samsung Galaxy S24 FE, which is a better deal since it’s worth more on paper at $1,110 from the Telus sub-brand. Note that Telus and Koodo usually inflate MSRP prices. The Galaxy S24 FE is selling for $699 on Amazon right now for Black Friday.
This Galaxy S24 FE is available for those who signed up for Koodo’s Black Friday deal from two years ago, on the $45/60GB plan. So basically you are just getting the Galaxy S24 FE for $0 upfront and $0/month, over 24 months.
Check out the screenshot shared by iPhone in Canada readers, showing the $0 Galaxy S24 FE:
Again, you just need to pay $15 shipping. Then, you can sell the Galaxy S24 FE and use that cash to buy a phone of your choice, such as a new iPhone 16 series, for example.
We’re wondering if Koodo will eventually offer up an iPhone 12 or iPhone 13 for free as we approach Black Friday this week. Stay tuned!

it only appears to be free. if you try to switch to a new plan over the 24 month tab period ( as cheaper/better ones become available) the prorated cost of the phone at $1,100 must be paid by you. it counts as a tab bonus.
this is the situation I am in with Koodo for another three months. When three months are up I will depart Koodo for a different company like Public Mobile and save money.
Both Koodo and Public Mobile are owned by Telus. If you want to use a different provider with the same coverage you can switch to Virgin or Lucky which are Bell’s flanker brands.
Nope. They are trying to make me take the 'Special' $54 month plan… actually, the next screen say 'your keeping your currently plan' $40/month -$5 autopay
