Telus Black Friday Deal: iPhone 16 Drops to $10 with Bring-it-Back

telus iphone 16 bring it back

Telus has dropped the cost of Apple’s latest iPhone 16 128GB to just $10 per month as part of its Black Friday deals through its Bring-It-Back program (which is essentially phone leasing).

After 24 months, customers can pay $380 to keep the phone, bringing the total cost to $620—significantly cheaper than the device’s $1,129 price on Apple.ca or the slightly marked up $1,161 directly from Telus.

Here’s the breakdown:

  • Monthly payment: $10/month for 24 months ($240 total)
  • Bring-It-Back fee: $380 (if you want to keep the phone)
  • Total cost: $620 over two years, saving over $500 compared to buying outright from Apple.

To access this deal, customers need to subscribe to a qualifying Telus plan. The minimum options seen so far on RFD include:

  • $40/month: Unlimited 100GB 5G+ (Canada only)
  • $45/month: Unlimited CAN-US 100GB 5G+
  • $50/month (after $5 credit): 5G+ Premium Unlimited Canada-US-Mexico 100GB

For Telus EPP (Employee Purchase Program) customers, the Black Friday deal is a bit better. The Bring-It-Back balance is $240 to keep the phone, bringing the total cost of the iPhone 16 to $480. Customers can pair the iPhone 16 deal with a $45/month plan, which provides unlimited data and calling in Canada and the US. It really depends on what your Telus EPP program is offering.

Again, if you’re willing to sign on the dotted line for an entry iPhone 16, this looks to be the best deal on the latest iPhone so far. Let us know what you’re going to do in the comments.

Where is iPhone in Canada getting the idea that the EPP BiB buyout price is only $240? Everywhere I can see from the RFD links etc. the BiB buyout is $380, even for EPP. Would love to be wrong though.

Oh K. Thanks for sharing that link. But on that link everyone is confirming that it's actually $380 and that that poster was mistaken. Even he edited his post to reflect his mistake. Typical BF chaos I guess! hehe. Thx Gary
